The cold, pristine waters of Tasmania are home to our delicate Atlantic Salmon. From deboning to filleting and vacuum sealing for freshness, our Atlantic Salmon has been carefully prepared by hand and perfectly paired with an authentic Teriyaki sauce.
Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon (Salmo salar) (86%), teriyaki sauce (14%) [water, sugar, soy sauce (soybeans, rice, salt, water), mirin (rice, alcohol, glucose syrup, water), rice wine (rice, alcohol, glucose syrup, salt, water), garlic, salt, corn starch, vinegar, garlic powder, natural colours (caramel I, paprika oleoresins, turmeric), ginger, food acid (citric), thickener (xanthan gum), ginger extract]).
Contains fish and soy.
This product must be cooked before consumption.
1. Place portions skin side down on a baking paper lined tray.
2. Cook in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 12-14 minutes.
3. Drizzle Teriyaki sauce overfish and cook a further 2 minutes.
Cooking times may vary depending on appliances used and thickness of fish. Always ensure product is cook through before serving.
