New Zealand Arrow Squid (Nototodarus sloanii) (83%), sugar, water, pickled red chilli (3.2%), vinegar, garlic, salt, acidity regulator (450), food acid (citric), thickener (xanthan gum), coriander.
This product must be cooked before consumption.
PANFRY or WOK: Heat a non stick frypan or wok over high heat. Remove Calamari from marinade and place in pan. Stir fry for 1½ - 2 minutes or until cooked through. Serve.
BBQ:Preheat a BBQ hotplate. Remove Calamari from marinade and place in a single layer on hotplate. Cook for 1½ - 2 minutes, turning halfway. Serve.
