- 45g can John West Anchovy Fillets in Olive Oil, drained reserving 3 anchovies for garnish
- ½ cup finely chopped fresh herbs, e.g. parsley, chives, dill, basil, tarragon
- 250g cream cheese, softened
- Cracker biscuits, grissini or mini toasts for serving
Finely chop John West Anchovy Fillets, stir in herbs and mix thoroughly.
Spoon cream cheese into a 1 cup pate pot, sprinkle with anchovy herb mixture and garnish with reserved anchovies. Serve pate with cracker biscuits
Cream cheese can be shaped into a ball and coated with anchovy herb mixture. Serve with a pate knife for spreading onto crackers.
