Chilli Tuna & Rice Noodles For One

It’s like a stir fry, but no wok required and ready in a couple of minutes!

Ingredients

  • 75g rice noodles
  • 1 cup frozen Birds Eye Country Harvest - Baby Beans, Carrots & Baby Corn
  • 125g can John West Tuna Slices - Sweet Chilli
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare rice noodles and Birds Eye Country Harvest Baby Beans, Carrots & Baby Corn following packet directions.

Step 2

Drain rice noodles and return to hot saucepan. Stir the liquid from the John West Tuna Slices through the noodles.

Step 3

Gently toss through the cooked vegetables and tuna slices. Serve immediately with lime wedges.

Tasty Tip!

Rice noodles can be substituted with cooked long grain rice.
