Cook pasta following packet directions. Drain and keep warm.
Meanwhile, combine Leggo’s Simmer Sauce, John West Tuna, olives and parsley in a large bowl and season to taste. Add hot cooked pasta and stir thoroughly.
Transfer mixture to a greased 30cm x 20cm baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden. Stand for 5-10 minutes before serving. Serve with a green salad or steamed vegetables.
