Try this great recipe as an alternative to a regular pasta bake

- 4 large potatoes
- 500g jar Leggo’s Pasta Bake with Creamy Sundried Tomato and Garlic
- 425g can John West Tuna, drained
- 420g can Edgell Super Sweet Corn Kernels, drained
- Oil Spray
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Prick potatoes 4-5 times all over with a fork. Place in a microwave and cook on HIGH for 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are hot and beginning to soften. Remove and set aside to cool. Slice into thin wedges.
Meanwhile, combine Leggo’s Pasta Bake, John West Tuna and Edgell Corn Kernels in a large bowl. Spoon mixture into a shallow 20cm x 20cm greased baking dish. Arrange the potatoes on top, spray with oil and sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes or until potatoes are crisp and golden.
Sprinkle with ½ cup grated tasty or mozzarella cheese before baking for a cheesy bake.
