A great recipe for lovers of smoked mussels.

- 250g spaghetti
- 85g can John West Smoked Mussels in Oil, undrained
- ¼ cup Leggo’s Organic Tomato Paste
- ¼ cup fresh baby basil leaves
Cook spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling water for approximately 12 minutes or until tender, drain and return pasta to hot pan.
Stir in undrained John West Smoked Mussels, Leggo’s Organic Tomato Paste and basil leaves tossing gently. Serve immediately.
Halved cherry tomatoes can be added in step 2.
