Spaghetti With Smoked Mussels


A great recipe for lovers of smoked mussels.

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 85g can John West Smoked Mussels in Oil, undrained
  • ¼ cup Leggo’s Organic Tomato Paste
  • ¼ cup fresh baby basil leaves


Step 1

Cook spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling water for approximately 12 minutes or until tender, drain and return pasta to hot pan.

Step 2

Stir in undrained John West Smoked Mussels, Leggo’s Organic Tomato Paste and basil leaves tossing gently. Serve immediately.

Tasty Tip!

Halved cherry tomatoes can be added in step 2.
