Ingredients

  • 95g can John West Korean BBQ & Tuna
  • 1 baby cos lettuce, halved
  • 1 small radish, finely sliced
  • ¼ cup fried noodles
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

Step 1

Drain John West Tuna, reserving the oil for dressing.

Step 2

Arrange cos on a plate and top with tuna and radish. Drizzle over reserved oil and top with noodles. Serve with lime wedges.

Tasty Tip!

For an extra chilli hit, add some finely sliced red chilli.
