Tuna Tzatziki Dip


A light and tangy dip perfect for casual entertaining.

Makes: 1½ cups


  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, grated
  • 200g tub Greek style yoghurt
  • 1 small clove garlic, crushed
  • 1½ tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 130g can John West No Drain Tuna- Olive Oil, flaked
  • Chips and vegetable sticks, for serving


Step 1

Squeeze out any excess juice from cucumber in a strainer by pressing down with hands to release juices.

Step 2

Combine cucumber, yoghurt, garlic, mint, lemon juice and John West Tuna in a serving bowl and stir gently to combine.

Step 3

Serve with chips and vegetable sticks.

Tasty Tip!

Kids will also love this dip. Try spreading it on sandwiches or putting it in their lunch box with some carrot sticks.
