Cooking Hints & Tips
To assist with even browning of pan fried salmon, always cook flesh side down first, even when skinless. The entire surface of the flesh sears on the hot pan before the muscle can contract. Once golden, turn to finish cooking. If you prefer salmon cooked all the way through for best results cook in the oven. If cooking in a pan, try covering with a lid. Cut salmon in half lengthways, thread onto skewers and panfry or BBQ.

The cold, pristine waters of Tasmania are home to our delicate Atlantic Salmon, From deboning to filleting, our Atlantic Salmon has been carefully prepared by hand. We then vacumm seal the fillets to bring you the freshest, most succulent salmon.

Cooking Instructions
This product must be cooked before consumption.

OVEN
1. Place salmon on a baking paper lined tray.
2. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 12-13 minutes.
3. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

PAN FRY
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oilin a non stick frypan over MEDIUM heat.
2. Place salmon in pan, cook for 10 minutes, turning halfway.
3. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

BBQ
1. Cook lightly oiled salmon on a preheated BBQ plate for 5 minutes on each side.
Cooking times may vary depending on appliances used and thickness of fish. Always ensure product is cooked through before serving.
