The cold, pristine waters of Tasmania are home to our delicate Atlantic Salmon. From deboning to filleting and vacuum sealing for freshness, our Atlantic Salmon has been carefully prepared by hand and perfectly paired with a Lemongrass, Kaffir Lime and Chilli Marinade.
Product Ingredients

Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon (Salmo salar) (86%), marinade (14%) {water, canola oil, dehydrated vegetables (bell pepper, garlic, onion), herbs & spices [chilli (0.6%), lemongrass (0.3%), kaffir lime (0.1%), ginger, coriander, turmeric], salt, fish powder (fermented sardines, dextrin, salt), food acid (citric), natural flavour, thickener (xanthan gum)}.
Contains fish.

Cooking Instructions
This product must be cooked before consumption.

1. Preheat fan forced oven to 200°C or 220°C conventional oven.
2. Remove salmon from packaging.
3. Place salmon skin side down on a baking tray lined with backing paper and put into oven.4. Cook for 11 to 13 minutes or to your liking.
5. Remove salmon from oven and rest for 1 minute. Serve.

Cooking times may vary depending on appliances used and thickness of fish.
Always ensure product is cooked through before serving.
