For crispy skin, dry excess moisture from the fish skin. Heat oil in a pan until very hot (but not smoking) and cook skin side down first (it should sizzle!) When panfrying fish with skin on, cook skin side down 70% of the cook time.
The cold, pristine waters of Tasmania are home to our delicate Atlantic Salmon, From deboning to filleting, our Atlantic Salmon has been carefully prepared by hand. We then vacuum seal the fillets to bring you the freshest, most succulent salmon.

Tasmanian Atlantic salmon.

Cooking Instructions
This product must be cooked before consumption.

1. Place salmon skin side down on a baking paper lined tray.
2. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 12-14 minutes.
3. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non stick frypan over MEDIUM/LOW heat.
2. Place salmon skin side up in pan, cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway.
3. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

1. Cook lightly oiled salmon on a preheated BBQ plate for 6 minutes on each side.

Cooking times may vary depending on appliances used and thickness of fish. Always ensure product is cooked through before serving.
