Cooked brown rice (47%), purse seine caught skipjack tuna (Katsuwonus pelamis) (20%), coconut milk (15%), water, red capsicum (3%), cooked red quinoa (2.5%), red curry paste (contains shrimp and chilli) (2%), sugar, chilli (1%), soybean oil, basil, rice bran oil, starch, thickener (guar gum), kaffir lime leaves.
Contains crustacea, fish, soy.

Cooking Instructions
1100 watt microwave on high.1.Partially peel film on rice tub to vent, heat for 45 seconds and stir. 2.Add tuna and sauce, stir well. Enjoy! CAUTION: TUB AND CONTENTS WILL BE VERY HOT. Heating time may vary depending on microwave.
