Place apples into a saucepan with sugar and lemon rind, cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Reserve 2 tablespoons John West Passionfruit, stir remainder into cooked apples. Spoon apple mixture into 4 x 1 cup pots.
Sift flour into a bowl, rub in butter and add sugar. Spoon topping mixture over apple and sprinkle with almonds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 20 minutes. Add reserved passionfruit to cream and serve with apple and passionfruit crumble.
