Chilli Glazed Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon With Mango


Tasmanian Atlantic salmon glazed with sweet chilli and served with chargrilled mango

  • Oil spray
  • 280g pack chilled John West Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon – Skin On
  • Sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 mango cheeks
  • Rice noodles and wilted Asian greens, for serving


Step 1

Spray a chargrill pan with oil and heat. Brush John West Salmon and mango cheeks with sweet chilli sauce and place onto heated chargrill. Cook fish for 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove salmon from pan and keep warm. Cook mango in same pan for 1-2 minutes.

Step 2

Serve the cooked salmon with rice noodles, Asian greens and mango cheeks.

Tasty Tip!

Serve with extra sweet chilli sauce and lime wedges.
