Try this delicious pasta with smoked mussels and hint of chilli.

- 100g spaghetti
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
- ¼ teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1 tablespoon Leggo’s Tomato Paste
- 85g can John West Smoked Mussels, undrained
- 2 tablespoons chopped flat leaf parsley
Cook spaghetti following packet directions. Drain and return to hot saucepan.
Add remaining ingredients and heat through, gently tossing together. Serve immediately.
Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese, a side salad and crusty garlic bread.
