A quick and easy pasta dish for two using John West Smoked Oysters with Chilli.

- 200g spaghetti
- 85g can John West Smoked Oysters with Chilli, undrained
- 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup baby spinach leaves
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
Cook spaghetti following packet directions, drain and return to hot saucepan.
Add John West Smoked Oysters, tomatoes and baby spinach leaves, tossing together gently.
Serve sprinkled with spring onion.
If you like hotter spaghetti, add a few drops of Tabasco sauce in step 2.
