Fresh Salmon Rice Paper Rolls


Delectable salmon rice paper rolls perfect for any occasion.

  • 300g pack chilled John West Atlantic Salmon with Asian Style Marinade
  • 8 rice paper roll sheets
  • 50g rice vermicelli, cooked and drained
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • ½ cup fresh coriander leaves
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves
  • ¼ cup sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil


Step 1

Cook John West Atlantic Salmon following packet directions. Set aside to cool and break into small flakes.

Step 2

To assemble rolls, prepare rice paper sheet by dipping in warm water to soften. Lay flat and fill with a small handful of salmon, rice vermicelli, carrot, spring onion, coriander and mint. Fold in sides and roll to secure. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Step 3

For the dipping sauce, whisk together sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil in a small bowl. Serve with the rice paper rolls.

Tasty Tip!

For some extra crunch, try adding thinly sliced fresh snow peas into the rice paper rolls.
