Chargrilled prawns and mango cheeks, perfect for entrée or light meal.

- 300g pack chilled John West Garlic Prawns
- 1 mango
- Lime wedges, for serving
- Baby rocket leaves, for serving
- 1 red chilli, thinly sliced, for garnish
Thread John West Garlic Prawns onto skewers. Cut mango cheeks leaving skin on.
Place mango (cut side down) and prawn skewers on a chargrill plate and cook for 3-4 minutes, turning prawns half way.
Place mango on serving plates, top with prawn skewers and serve with lime wedges and rocket leaves. Garnish with chilli.
Alternatively cube the mango and thread on skewers with the prawns before cooking.
