A tasty take along lunch idea

- 1/3 cup quick cook brown rice, cooked
- 125g can Edgell Corn Kernels, drained
- 2 tablespoon finely diced cucumber
- 95g can John West Tuna Tempters - Chilli, undrained
- Fresh parsley leaves, to garnish
Gently toss together cooked rice, Edgell Corn Kernels and cucumber.
Stir through John West Tuna and serve garnished with parsley leaves.
