A lemon and tuna salad with Asian inspired flavours.

- 95g can John West Tuna Tempters - Olive Oil Blend
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon soy sauce
- ¼ teaspoon sesame seeds
- ¼ teaspoon dried chilli
- Salad leaves for serving
- Lemon zest and chopped parsley, for garnish
Drain John West Tuna Tempter and reserve oil for dressing. Combine oil with lemon rind, juice, sesame oil, soy sauce, sesame seeds and chilli.
Arrange salad leaves on a serving plate, top with tuna and drizzle with dressing. Garnish with lemon zest and chopped parsley.
