  • 180g linguine pasta
  • 125g can John West Salmon Slices in Olive Oil, reserve oil
  • ½ red onion, grated
  • ½ teaspoon brown sugar
  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
  • 6 stuffed olives, sliced
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup basil leaves, torn

Tasty Tip!

Add a little salt to water when cooking pasta and serve pasta sprinkled with cracked black pepper.
