Mackerel & Lemon Dip

Makes: 1½ cups


  • 125g can John West Mackerel Fillets, drained
  • ½ cup light sour cream
  • ½ cup finely diced cucumber
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley


Step 1

Lightly mash John West Mackerel Fillets and add remaining ingredients.

Step 2

Serve with sesame grissini and vegetable sticks.
