Delicious Malaysian tuna curry puffs perfect as a make ahead lunch

Squeeze out excess water from grated potato. Combine potato with John West Tuna, peas and corn in a bowl.
Cut pastry into 4 squares and place ¼ of the tuna mixture onto the centre of each pastry square. Fold all 4 corners to join in the middle, ensuring edges are sealed well. Brush with milk.
Place onto a baking paper lined tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
All excess moisture needs to be squeezed out of the potatoes to ensure the pastry doesn’t go soggy during the cooking time.
