A real party starter and just right to have with pre-dinner drinks. Prepare the Oyster Sticks ahead of time and simply grill for a few minute just before serving.

Place a drained John West Smoked Oyster onto each skewer and thread bacon onto the ends.
Place under a preheated grill and cook until bacon is crisp. Serve with reserved sauce for drizzling.
Delicious served with Tzatiki dip.
