Spicy pasta sauce full of flavour to tingle the taste buds.

- 500g packet Penne pasta
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 3 slices lean bacon, cut into thin strips
- 350g jar Leggo's Stir Through Pasta Sauce Tomato - Olive & Chilli
- 10 Kalamata olives, halved
- ½ x 45g can John West Anchovy Fillets in Olive Oil, chopped
Cook pasta according to packet directions. Meanwhile make sauce.
Heat oil in large frying pan, add spring onions and bacon and cook for 1-2 minutes. Pour in Leggo's Stir Through Pasta Sauce.
Drain cooked pasta and return to saucepan. Stir through the sauce and heat through. Serve garnished with Kalamata olives and John West Anchovy Fillets.
For an extra hot kick, add ½ cup hot salami strips.
