Delicious seafood pizzas perfect for two

- 2 x 20cm pizza bases
- 1/3 cup pizza sauce
- 280g pack chilled John West Seafood Selection
- 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/3 cup mini bocconcini, halved
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Place the pizza bases on a baking paper lined tray. Divide and spread the pizza sauce evenly between the 2 bases.
Top each base with John West Seafood Selection, tomatoes and bocconcini. Bake in a preheated 200°C oven for 12-15 minutes or until seafood is cooked through. Season to taste.
Garnish pizzas with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
Alternatively, try using a traditional pesto instead of the pizza sauce.
