Prepare noodles following packet directions. Drain and set aside. Prepare John West Salt and Pepper Squid following packet directions. Set aside and keep warm.
Heat oil in a large pan or wok and add garlic, vegetables and onions. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes or until vegetables have heated through but still have a bit of crunch.
Add the drained noodles and remaining ingredients and continue to stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until noodles have heated through.
To serve, place noodle and vegetable stir-fry in bowls and top with the warm squid.
