Smoked Oyster Antipasto Selection


A lovely antipasto platter to serve when entertaining.

  • 150g cherry tomatoes
  • 85g can John West Smoked Oysters in Oil, drained
  • 3 bocconcini cheese
  • 2 thin slices prosciutto
  • 1/4 cup marinated Kalamata olives
  • ½ x 190g jar Leggo's Pesto - Traditional Basil
  • Basil leaves, for garnish
  • Crusty bread, for serving


Step 1

Arrange all ingredients on a serving platter, garnish with basil and serve with crusty bread.

Tasty Tip!

Place Leggo's Pesto in a small bowl and serve on platter with remaining ingredients.
