Smoked Oyster, Cherry Tomato And Fetta Puffs

  • 1 sheet frozen butter puff pastry, thawed
  • 100g cubed marinated fetta cheese
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 85g can John West Smoked Oysters with Chilli, drained


Step 1

Cut puff pastry sheet into 16 squares, lightly prick with a fork. Place on a baking paper lined tray, separating squares to allow room for pastry to rise during baking.

Step 2

Top each pastry square with a cube of fetta and cherry tomato half. Bake in a preheated oven at 230°C for 7-8 minutes or until golden and puffed.

Step 3

Top each square with a John West Oyster. Serve immediately.
