These are an old fashioned treat that are simple and very tasty

Cook time:4 mins
- 3 rashers bacon, cut into 4 strips
- 85g can John West Smoked Oysters in Oil, drained
- 2 Tortilla wraps
- Tomato salsa for dipping
Wrap each piece of bacon around each drained John West Smoked Oysters and secure with a toothpick.
Pan fry each skewer for 2-3 minutes or until bacon is browned. Keep warm and fry tortillas on each side until crisp. Cut into strips.
Serve smoked oyster skewers with tortilla strips and tomato salsa.
Garnish with fresh herbs.
