A great lunch idea for summer

- 4 thick slices French bread stick
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 small avocado, sliced
- 125g can John West Smoked Tuna Slices, drained
- 1 tablespoon chopped roasted cashews
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
Spread bread slices with mayonnaise. Place slices of avocado onto bread.
Arrange slices of drained John West Smoked Tuna Slices onto avocado and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cashews and chives. Serve as a light dinner or lunch.
John West Smoked Salmon Slices can be used as an alternative to tuna.
