Deliciously sweet, tangy and smokey flavoured tuna, taking these nachos to the next level!

- 19g packet corn chips
- 95g can John West Tuna – Tangy Jalapeno, drained
- 2 tablespoons grated tasty cheese
- 1 tablespoon tomato salsa
- Sour cream, for serving
- Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish
Place ½ the corn chips in a 1 cup capacity ramekin dish. Top with ½ can John West Tuna and sprinkle over 1 tablespoon cheese. Repeat with remaining corn chips, tuna and cheese on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted and is golden brown.
Serve topped with salsa and sour cream, garnished with coriander.
Fun size corn chips packets are the perfect amount to make tuna nachos for one. For an even quicker cook time, microwave nachos for 30 seconds or until cheese has melted.
