Tuna & Beans Pesto Pasta Salad

Pasta salad with pasta, tuna & beans and sweet corn.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dry short pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Leggo’s Pesto – Traditional Basil
  • 185g can John West Tuna & Beans – Three Beans
  • 125g can Edgell Super Sweet Corn Kernels, drained
  • ¼ cup flat leaf parsley leaves

Instructions

Step 1

Cook pasta following packet directions, drain and rinse under cold water.

Step 2

Stir Leggo’s Pesto through cold pasta, add John West Tuna & Beans and drained Edgell Corn Kernels and lightly stir through. Serve garnished with parsley leaves.

Tasty Tip!

2 cups baby spinach leaves can be substituted for the parsley.
