Pasta salad with pasta, tuna & beans and sweet corn.

- 2 cups dry short pasta
- 2 tablespoons Leggo’s Pesto – Traditional Basil
- 185g can John West Tuna & Beans – Three Beans
- 125g can Edgell Super Sweet Corn Kernels, drained
- ¼ cup flat leaf parsley leaves
Cook pasta following packet directions, drain and rinse under cold water.
Stir Leggo’s Pesto through cold pasta, add John West Tuna & Beans and drained Edgell Corn Kernels and lightly stir through. Serve garnished with parsley leaves.
2 cups baby spinach leaves can be substituted for the parsley.
