A twist on the regular tuna sandwich…

- ¼ avocado, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Iceberg lettuce, shredded, for serving
- ½ carrot, finely julienned
- 95g can John West Tuna – Sriracha
- 1 long Vietnamese roll
Lightly mash avocado and mix with lime juice.
Place avocado mixture, lettuce, carrot and John West Tuna into roll. Serve immediately.
Vietnamese rolls are available in the bakery section of most supermarket or Asian bakeries.
