- 4 seeded burger buns of choice
- ½ cup pickled red onions (see tip)
- 2 cups rocket leaves
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Mayonnaise and chilli jam, for serving

Method
STEP 1Cook frozen Birds Eye Plant Based Chicken Style Burgers following packet directions.
STEP 2
Assemble burgers with rocket, tomato, pickled onion, mayonnaise and chilli jam. Top with cooked plant based burgers. Serve.
Tips
To make quick pickled red onions, whisk ½ cup apple cider vinegar with 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt. Thinly slice 1 red onion and place in a jar. Pour over vinegar mixture and allow to sit at room temperature for 1 hour before using.
