Mediterranean Tuna & Gem Bake

4 ingredients, 5 minutes to prepare and 1 pot to wash! This crunchy golden potato topped tuna and Mediterranean vegetable bake is a mid-week miracle meal.

Ingredients

  • 400g Providore d'Italia Italian Vine Ripened Tomatoes with Red Chilli Pasta Sauce
  • 400g frozen Birds Eye Deli Grilled Veggies - Capsicum, Zucchini & Eggplant
  • 425g can John West Chunk Style Tuna in Brine, drained
  • 900g packet frozen Birds Eye Golden Crunch Potato Gems

Method

STEP 1
Combine Providore d'Italia Sauce and frozen Birds Eye Grilled Veggies. Gently fold through John West Tuna.
STEP 2
Spoon into a 23cm oven proof dish or cast iron pan. Arrange frozen Birds Eye Potato Gems to cover the filling.
STEP 3
Cook in a preheated oven at 220˚C for 25-30 minutes or until gems are golden brown and crunchy.
Tips
Try adding a layer of grated cheese before the gems.
