Method
STEP 1Cook quinoa following packet directions. Drain, rinse and cool.
STEP 2
Combine cooled quinoa, John West Salmon, rocket, tomatoes and parsley in a serving bowl. Sprinkle with pepitas and serve.
Tips
Use white quinoa or couscous, if desired.
