Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 300g packet frozen Birds Eye Plant Based Mince
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- ¼ cup teriyaki sauce
- 4 portions Coles Thick Egg Noodles, cooked following packet directions
- 1 bunch pak choy, quartered and steamed
Method
STEP 1Heat oil in a large non stick frypan over medium-high heat. Add frozen Birds Eye Plant Based Mince and cook for 8 minutes, stirring often.
STEP 2
Add garlic and cook stirring for a further 2 minutes. Add teriyaki sauce, ¾ cup water and cooked noodles. Stir for 1 minute until combined.
STEP 3
Serve teriyaki plant based mince and noodles with cooked pak choy.
Tips
Serve sprinkled with thinly sliced red chilli.
