Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 stick celery, thinly sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, cut into julienne strips
- 2 bok choy, sliced
- 8-10 snow peas, trimmed
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons cornflour blended with ½ cup water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 425g can John West Chunk Style Tuna in Olive Oil Blend, drained
- 1 red chilli, thinly sliced
Method
STEP 1Heat sesame oil in a wok, add onion, celery, bok choy, carrot, snow peas and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously.
STEP 2
Add ginger, blended cornflour and soy sauce and cook for 1 minute.
STEP 3
Gently stir in drained John West Tuna, chilli and heat through.
Tips
Add extra water for a saucier stir fry.
