  • 95g can John West Tuna - in Olive Oil Blend
  • 70g can Edgell Snack Time Black Beans, Capsicum & Charred Corn with Zesty Salsa
  • 125g cup SunRice Mexican Style Rice, heated following packet directions
  • ½ small avocado, thinly sliced

Method

STEP 1
Spoon John West Tuna over Edgell Black Beans, Capsicum & Charred Corn mixed with heated rice. Top with avocado and serve.
Tips
Garnish with fresh lime & coriander.
