Ingredients
- 3 slices of pumpernickel
- 12 large fresh basil leaves
- Dukkah, for serving
- 95g can John West Tuna Tempters - Naturally Smoked, lightly drained
- Fresh baby basil leaves, for garnish
Method
STEP 1Cut each pumpernickel into 4 triangles.
STEP 2
Top each base with a large basil leaf, a teaspoon of John West Tuna and sprinkle with dukkah. Serve immediately garnished with extra baby basil leaves.
Tips
Pumpernickel can be found in most supermarkets in the cracker aisle.
