Ingredients

  • 3 slices of pumpernickel
  • 12 large fresh basil leaves
  • Dukkah, for serving
  • 95g can John West Tuna Tempters - Naturally Smoked, lightly drained
  • Fresh baby basil leaves, for garnish

Method

STEP 1
Cut each pumpernickel into 4 triangles.
STEP 2
Top each base with a large basil leaf, a teaspoon of John West Tuna and sprinkle with dukkah. Serve immediately garnished with extra baby basil leaves.
Tips
Pumpernickel can be found in most supermarkets in the cracker aisle.
